Glass Cleaners cut through the toughest grime with ease. This makes driving safer and your car's windshield and windows sparkle like the rest of your car. Your car's windows can accumulate dirt and dust particles, road grime, tree sap, water spots, bugs, and bird droppings. Keeping your windshield and windows clean is essential for safe driving. Cleaning glass is basically a spray-and-wipe operation. For best results, use a microfiber towel or lint-free cloth to obtain a streak-free shine. When you wash them, avoid fabric softener to prevent streaking next time.
Whether you clean all of your inside or outside glass first, or if you favor the window-by-window approach, be sure to roll down your windows about half way so you can clean the top edges of the glass. Clean the glass in the shade to avoid rapid evaporation.
Spend some extra time on your windshield because you look through it more than the rest of the windows. Don't forget your rearview driver's side and passenger's side mirrors. You can maintain clean windows by keeping the windshield wipers in top condition. Make sure that the windshield wiper fluid is always in adequate supply.
Tips & Warnings
• Try rubbing up and down with the cloth on the outside of windows and side to side on the inside. This way if you see any streaks, you won't have to guess which side they are on.
• Note: If you have tinted windows do not use cleaner with ammonia, this will cause your tint to become discolored, crack or bubble. Tinting film scratches easily, so using a soft towel is vital when cleaning it.
