This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Irwindale, California, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any cause of action by you with respect to our Wax Depot® website (and/or any information, Documents, products or services related thereto) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against any party. This Agreement and all incorporated agreements and your information may be automatically assigned by us in our sole discretion to a third party in the event of an acquisition, sale or merger. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with our Wax Depot® website is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. Our rights under this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
Acceptance Of Orders:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after you have submitted your order). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include: limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized and the order information is verified for accuracy. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Our site is equipped with secure server for handling credit card orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. This also includes bank "debit cards". Credit card "billing" addresses must match the card holder's shipping address. Orders sent to an address other than the card billing address, must also show the card holder's address.
If for any reason the information you provide for credit card payment is incorrect, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Out-Of-Stock (Back-Ordered) Merchandise:
Although most orders are shipped complete within 1-2 business days, occasionally an item is either back-ordered or no longer available. Under these circumstances, you will be contacted via e-mail within three business days from the time you place your order. If an item is back-ordered, you will have the option to either cancel the back-ordered product or have it shipped to you when available without incurring any additional shipping charges.
Product and equipment warrantees are issued by the manufacturer, and must be filled out and sent in by the customer. Problems or repairs will be handled by Wax Depot or directly with the manufacturer. We can furnish phone numbers and contact personnel. Please notify us of any defective item immediately.
It is the policy of Wax Depot to charge applicable sales tax to all items delivered to California addresses. Wax Depot is not responsible for additional duties, tariffs or taxes that apply to items shipped to other states or outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine whether any state taxes, federal taxes, or international duties are owed on the purchase.
Any product that you purchase from Wax Depot, except special order items and power tools, can be returned within 30 days with the original receipt or invoice, less shipping and handling charges, if you are not satisfied with the product. Due to the unique nature of special order items, they may be returned for repair or exact replacement only if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Power tools may be returned for exact replacement only. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom-made items are not returnable, i.e., Car Covers, UV Heat Shields, Seat Covers, Car Masks, Dash Covers, etc.
Any product purchased as a "Web Special" can be returned for a refund (except special order items), less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges. Any product purchased as a "Closeout Special" can be returned for a refund, less a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling charges.
Return merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorization. You must contact Wax Depot at the phone number below for a Return Authorization Number. All returns must be shipped by prepaid freight. Collect shipments (returns) will not be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Wax Depot.
All of our products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. If you experience problems with the manufacturer, please let us know. We will assist you in any way we can.
Claims for product that has been lost or damaged in shipping must be made within seven (7) business days. Please be sure to open all cases and inspect your entire order when you receive it. To place a freight claim, please call us at the phone number below.
Your order normally leaves our warehouse no later than 2 business days after receiving your order. It is very rare that we will be out of stock on an item, but if we are we will let you know right away that the order may be delayed.
All merchandise is shipped via UPS Ground service throughout the Continental US. Delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days depending
on where you live.

IMPORTANT: Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing your order. How do I get a tracking number for my order?
If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse via Quantum View Notify, with the method of shipment and the tracking number, immediately after your order ships. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please e-mail us.

All orders are shipped UPS Ground to the continental United States, unless otherwise specified.
If you desire another shipping method, such as overnight delivery, please specify that on your order. The shipping and handling charge will reflect the additional amount for the expedited delivery. Exactly when will my package be delivered?
UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 7:00PM, and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
Large quantities will be shipped freight collect by truck or special shipping and handling charges will be added for other arrangements. The costs of any special shipping requests such as Air, Multiple Shipping Addresses, Customer Designated Carrier will be borne by the customer. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable on returns.
Orders shipped outside the Continental United States may include additional freight. We will notify you of this charge by email. If you accept, we will proceed with the order the same day. Shipments to Canada include handling, packing and insurance. They do not include taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees are the receiver's responsibility upon arrival.
Over-weight or over-sized packages may include an additional UPS fee. (Note: UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box address). Pallet shipments may include "single shipment" or "residential" charge. All shipping charges include insurance. Shipping addresses must be correct. If any part is incorrect or missing, Wax Depot will charge $15.00 for the address correction, which will be the responsibility of the customer and added to your cost. Wax Depot also charges a $15.00 return fee for any refused package, which will be your responsibility and deducted from your return credit.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Wax Depot is not responsible for items damaged or lost in shipment. Your items are insured, so inspect your order when it arrives. DO NOT sign for a damaged parcel without a full inspection of the contents. If you receive a damaged item, notify your local UPS terminal within 24 hrs. or call 1-800-336-4379 or +1-909-591-5500 for instructions. Please call 1-800-336-4379 or +1-909-591-5500 if your order is not received within two weeks. It is most likely lost in transit. Orders may be tracked directly on www.ups.com with the package tracking number. If you did not receive one, we can furnish that number, or we can track the package for you. Packages sent by U.S. mail require a 30 day waiting period to file a claim.
All product is sent out freight prepaid, F.O.B. Chino, California.
Orders Outside the United StatesAny orders being shipped outside the United States must be paid in advance of shipping, in US currency. For your protection, all international orders, including shipments to US territories, require a faxed copy of the front and back of the credit card used for purchase, a faxed copy of a government-issued identification and a faxed copy of the Credit Card Verification Form. Upon request, Wax Depot will keep a secured copy of your credit card on file for future purchases. If it is more convenient, international orders can be pre-paid via money orders or personal checks (drawn on a US bank in US currency). If a personal check is used, an additional delay may result in shipping your order; this delay is to verify funds and allow the check to clear. Wax Depot will not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the United States Government. Currently, the following countries have trade restrictions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea and Somalia. Other countries may become embargoed without notice due to US Customs requirements.

What countries do you accept orders from?
We can now accept credit card orders from more than
sixty countries and the list is growing. The current list of countries
we ship to can be found in the dropdown list of countries when checking
out. If your country is not listed, please check back at a later date to
see if your country has been added.
Is there a minimum required purchase for an international order?
Yes. We require a purchase of a minimum of $100 before
shipping costs. Orders for less than $100 may be cancelled.
How do I Pay for International Orders?

additional identity verification. If further validation is needed you
will be contacted by Wax Depot. To expedite the processing of your order, please be

How long will it take to get my products?
This varies based on your location and product availability. If all the products on your order are in stock then it will usually ship within 2-4 business days.
Delivery can take anywhere from 7-15 business days after we ship the item depending on your location.
How Much Is International Shipping?
Shipping charges for International orders are determined by the value of the order and the weight and dimensions of the packages being shipped. The minimum shipping charges for International orders is $75.
Please Note: Occasionally actual shipping charges may exceed the quoted charges. If so, a revised shipping charge will be emailed to you after the order is placed but before it is shipped. Due to excessive weight or size, some products cannot be shipped outside the US.
What is your customs policy?
When shipping your order outside the US and US territories, you may
be subject to import taxes which are levied when your package reaches
your country. Additional charges that may apply for customs clearance
must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these tariffs, and
therefore cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local
customs office for further inquiries. Moreover, when ordering from
WaxDepot.com, you are considered the importer of record and
consequently, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country in which you are receiving the goods.
Your privacy is important to us. We would like our international
customers to be aware that over-the-border shipments are subject to
opening and inspection by customs authorities. In addition, we may be
required to supply certain order, shipment and product information to
international carriers. This information will be communicated to customs
authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and to comply with local laws.
Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order on all customs forms.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped on the day it ships out. If your order was shipped via UPS you will also be given a tracking number.
Am I charged before my order ships?
We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready and available to ship. If your items are backordered then you will not be charged until they are ready to ship.
